Rules and terms of service
Last updated: September 2026
These rules cover use of ReyUpload, a file-sharing product built by ReyDen. They are a plain-language summary written to be readable, not a substitute for formal legal advice.
This page has not been reviewed by an Iranian lawyer. Have it reviewed before relying on it for a real legal question or dispute.
1You are responsible for what you upload
ReyUpload does not review files before they are shared. Whoever uploads a file is solely responsible for it: for owning the rights to it, for its content being legal to possess and share under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and any other jurisdiction that applies to you, and for any consequences of sharing it. By uploading, you confirm the file is yours to share and that it does not violate these rules.
2Prohibited content
You may not use ReyUpload to store or share content that:
- Is illegal under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including content that violates public morals and decency or insults religious sanctities.
- Threatens national security or public order, or incites violence, terrorism or hatred.
- Depicts child sexual abuse, or sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way.
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
- Is defamatory, or exposes another person's private information without their consent.
- Contains malware, ransomware or tools built to gain unauthorized access to a system.
- Facilitates fraud, unlicensed gambling, or the sale of illegal goods or narcotics.
3No liability for uploaded content
ReyUpload is provided "as is". We do not inspect files at upload time, and we are not responsible for the legality, accuracy or safety of anything a user chooses to upload or share. Responsibility for uploaded content rests entirely with the person who uploaded it, not with ReyUpload or ReyDen.
4Judicial and law enforcement requests
When we receive a lawful request from a competent Iranian judicial authority or law enforcement body (such as a court order, a prosecutor's request, or a request from Cyber Police / FATA), we will provide the relevant files and associated account data to them. This is how a hosting service is expected to cooperate with lawful investigations, and it is separate from the "no liability" point above: we may not be liable for what a user uploaded, but we will still hand over what is requested through a proper legal channel.
5Reporting and removal
Anyone can report a shared file directly from its page, no account required. Reports are reviewed by an admin, who can remove files that violate these rules. We also reserve the right to remove any file or suspend any account that violates these rules, with or without a prior report, and without notice.
6Governing law
Use of ReyUpload is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. As noted above, this page is a plain-language starting point rather than a lawyer-drafted document. Please get it reviewed before treating it as a complete legal basis for a dispute.
